  • Standards

    ISWA has a set of standards that govern our practice and are related to the following guidance:-

    'A Handbook For Expert Witnesses In Children Act Cases', Family Law, 2007.

    'Practice Direction for Experts in Family Proceedings related to Children', issued by the President of the Famliy Division.
