Sixteen years of this have been at supervisory and managerial level. Areas of work have included project management, income and expenditure budgetary control, audit, staff management and the working environment and data systems.
I joined ISWA in September 2005 and took up the role of Office Manager. The role is broad and satisfying and amongst other things involves working on the development of new initiatives.

Referrals Administrator
I left school at 16 and went to work for Worcester’s biggest employer, Kays catalogue. My role was Packaging Clerk which involved direct telephone contact with suppliers to rectify faulty goods delivered into the warehouse and charging per item what it would cost the company to rectify.
A large percentage of my working life has been in a customer service based environment and this reflects my key skills in customer relations.
In August 2005 I decided to widen my horizons and leave Kays behind. I did temporary work for 6 months ranging from working in a bank to working for Worcestershire Social Services and Worcester City Council before I was approached for the position of Referrals Administrator at ISWA in February 2006.
Since joining ISWA I have gained ITQ2 and NVQ3 Business Administration qualifications.
