Professional consultation and support is an integral part of associate status. Our fee structure is based upon measured performance.

Applicants should be aware that in order to maintain our standards, our selection process is extremely thorough. Applicants selected for interview are required to provide a range of supporting evidence of their work, complete a presentation and short competency test on the day.
We know that our recruitment procedures are stringent and at first sight can appear rather intimidating. However, we are looking for excellence in our practitioners and the process allows candidates to demonstrate this.
