ISWA is an approved provider with many Local Authorities, the Bar Standards Board and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

As an agency it brings together:

In this context and upon this foundation, ISWA has secured for a number of years on-going training contracts with a number of Local Authorities across England. These have provided:

• Bespoke training services to many practitioners and managers specialising in work with children and families within the Social Work Profession.
• Training to carers.
• Training to other professionals involved in safeguarding children.

All of our training services are subject to:-

• Careful and critical user evaluations.
• These systems not only ensure that our standards are high but also allow us to continually refine and improve what we do.
• The section on Customer Feedback details the user satisfaction rates of participants and delegates who have attended our training services.
• All our courses are designated with appropriate CPD hourly award.
• A certificate of attendance is given to each delegate.
